It was the golden season along the Poudre River.  So much to see.  But this very old cottonwood tree was beautifully framed by the branches hanging down from its neighbors.   I particularly like the daubs of dark brown leaves.  Daubed onto the scene with a soft round paintbrush!  I could NEVER paint this.  Thank goodness for a camera that can capture what I see and feel.
