It doesn’t get much drier than this!  As we experience a beautiful, warm, sunny, dry winter here in Colorado, we must start doing SNOW and RAIN dances so we do not face this situation in our state this summer.  It has been a strange winter as other places in the country have had record breaking snow and record breaking flooding.  What we need is a little balance here!
