Yes, Virginia, I did take a road trip to Maine!  These gorgeous rocks were not the rugged jagged ones I was expecting – these seemed almost as liquid as the sea itself.  I was entranced!  Cormorants are not small birds – Along with the seagulls, they lined these rocks and studied the waves and tides as I did.  More photographs of this Maine shoreline will surely follow!
