An Adirondack Lake up a hikeable trail north of Piseco.  My brother and I would walk up here every year (many photographs along the way, of course), and he would collect a few sticks from the pile of gathered building materials for the beaver dam.  With apologies to the beaver who collected them.  They are still treasured walking sticks here in Greeley and I thank the beavers whenever I use one.
