If anyone is interested I have quite a few more photographs of this Fire Engine – of the entire vehicle and other irresistible details!   I photographed it at the Paterson Museum in Paterson, New Jersey – you can google this museum and see what other treasures they have.   I focused largely on this fire engine – is it not beautiful? – and also on a looms, skeins, spools and threads of the historical silk industry which are beautifully displayed here.  More of these photographs will undoubtedly surface on my website eventually!
