I try to feature one flower and one bird every month!  The Fort Collins Demonstration Gardens are surely a good resource for seasonal color and beauty.  The gardens identify most of what you see – and if, like me, you do not take notes at the time, Google has been very helpful to me in naming my featured flowers!  I learn as I go!
