I have been supplied with gourmet lettuce every week now for a year from Dean McElroy Gill of Eden Herbs and Flowers.  He sells his lettuce, along with other vegetables and eggs, at the Greeley Farmers market – indoors in the winter, at the train depot in the summer.  It is the best!  I took this picture last year of an early purchase – and you can see why I have gone back every week that I can since then!  Of course I am always on the lookout for interesting colors and shapes and decided this should be a card!   You can email him at [email protected] or check out www.3prairiefarms.com.  Bon appetit!
