It was only last month that I published a closer detail of these almost secretly hidden wild iris in a landscape of yellow grasses and blue sky.  On the chance that the iris were too hidden in that card for you…here is a view of where they grew.  I personally selected the detail for a card first because I saw a huge wall sized enlargement in oil or watercolor on my wall – my imagination of course!
