One of my favorite sculptures from Chapungu Sculpture Park in Loveland – stone carvings from Zimbabwe.  Here a young girl becomes possessed by the Mhondoro (rain spirit).  In a trance, she is able to predict rain patterns.  True story:  I have actually had it start to rain as I was standing and photographing this unique work!  Sculpture by Ndale Wilo (1942-2001).
