Hiking at Lory State Park in Larimer County – these wild iris could easily be missed as they melded in with the wild grasses!   Great joy to see this small cluster of purple.  Though it reminds me a bit of Jackson Pollack on a large canvas!  It is an iris tapestry for sure.  I wondered whether to call these “Secret, Hidden, or Secluded”.
